About

Dance If You're Peak / Can I Join? refers to a series of edits on TikTok, using Viggle AI, showing three characters from fiction dancing to the Brazilian phonk song "DIA DELÍCIA" and another character asking, "Can I join?" who is immediately rejected, represented by them getting slapped in the face. The video format used the phrasal template, "Dance if you're peak X," with the "X" being replaced by an accolade that the editor believed the three characters met. The dancing video used behind the AI video rotoscoping was originally from TikToker Jersey Joe. The trend started on TikTok in mid-2025, later spreading to Twitter / X via viral reposts. The "Dance If You're X" format borrows from the precursor Dance If You're an NPC trend from 2022.

Origin

Currently, the earliest known iteration of a Dance If You're Peak video, using Viggle AI and a video from TikToker Jersey Joe, was shared by TikToker[1] @361.micah on March 6th, 2025. The video showed characters from Invincible dancing in front of a white background with the caption, "POV: You carried episode 7." Over three months, the video received over 210,900 likes (shown below).

Then, the MC of Solo Leveling, Sung Jin-woo, is shown asking to join. He's then knocked out in a slapping video, also using Viggle AI.
